Our Tees

How do your tees fit?

Our tees have a tailored fit and are true to size. For a slightly more relaxed fit please size up. You may also refer to our size guide on our product pages and measuring shirts you own against ours for comparison.

Do your tees shrink in the wash?

Our cotton tees are pre-shrunk to minimize shrinking. They will shrink about 3% on the first wash, but they are designed larger across all specs to account for this so they fit true to size. Our Standard Tee is cut in premium long staple cotton fabric that holds its shape and sizing after repeated washes.

We always suggest washing our tees inside out in a cold wash with a low tumble dry to minimize any shrinking.

Are the prints crunchy?

We use super soft inks with an exceptionally light feel, so you don’t have to worry about crunchy, heavy prints.

Where are your tees made?

All of our products are designed in NYC and printed in the USA. The tees are cut/sewn in the USA, Mexico and Bangladesh.

How do I change or cancel orders?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Contact: support@vestigebrand.com

We will do our best to accomodate before shipment.

I only received part of my order

This is most likely due because some of the items you ordered are pre-order or back order styles.

In an effort to get you your order in a timely manner we partially shipped your order. Once the other items are in our warehouse we will send them out to you and will not charge you twice for shipping.

How long until I get my custom tees?

Our usual lead time on all custom tees is 3-5 days for production time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover; in addition to PayPal and ApplePay. We also accept cash, but only small unmarked bills stuffed in a duffel bag and dropped off in locker #121 at John F. Kennedy Airport. And come alone.

Do you sell gift cards?

You bet! You can purchase VESTIGE Gift Cards here. The gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no processing fee or expiration date. They make good stocking stuffers; plastic egg stuffers; and trick or treat bucket stuffers if you run out of candy.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?

Orders over $75 ship for free. We charge a flat rate of $6 on orders below $75.

Members of the Limited Edition Club enjoy free shipping on all orders.

How long does it take to ship?

We do our best to ship all orders quickly, but most items are made to order. Orders will ship out within 3-5 business days and we offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders +$75. Please see below for estimated shipping time in addition to processing time.

Custom Tee Returns

We offer a free remake guarantee on all first time custom tee orders to correct sizing. You will receive instructions and store credit during the return process.

How does the subscription work?

Each month, you'll get an exclusive limited edition graphic tee or you can pick a tee that feels the most you from a featured selection of other styles.

You also save 25% on every monthly tee delivery.

Subscribers also get free shiping on every order, early access to new releases and extra savings during sales.

How do I pick my tee you send me?

Every month our new exclusive tee is announced for members via email and social. You can sign in to your account if you'd like to request one of the other styles featured for that month instead - or you'll receive the exclusive design automatically in your next shipment. We will send you an email to let you know too!

Can I skip a month?

Skip any month you don’t need (or want) new tees. To skip a month of membership, simply visit your account page and select Subscription. From there select manage subscription and choose skip.

How do I cancel?

To cancel your membership and stop receivng a monthly tee, simply visit your account page and select Subscription .

Click on manage subscription on the Collector Club page and select Cancel Subscription at bottom.

How do I access my membership benefits?

Is the membership fee a recurring charge?

Yes. A $96 fee grants you a year's worth of exclusive benefits. Unless you opt out before the year concludes, your membership will automatically renew at the same rate.

How do I cancel?

To cancel your membership, simply visit your account page and select Membership . Click on manage subscription on the page and select Cancel Subscription at bottom.

If you prefer, you can also reach out to support@vestigebrand.com, and the team will help ensure no future renewals happen after your first year. Please note, there are no refunds or credits for membership fees.
